РАЗВИТИЕ АУТСОРСИНГА И АУТСТАФФИНГА В УСЛОВИЯХ ЦИФРОВОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ

Статья посвящена прогрессивным формам организации труда в условиях цифровой экономики - аутсорсингу и аутстаффингу. Рассматривается понятие цифровой экономики и анализируется ее влияние на современный рынок труда. Раскрывается сущность категорий «аутсорсинг» и «аутстаффинг», рассматриваются особенности их применения и основные сферы распространения. Особое внимание в статье уделяется IT-аутсорсингу. В работе обозначены преимущества для компаний от использования аутсорсинга и аутстаффинга персонала. Дается прогноз развития этих форм занятости на ближайшее будущее.

DEVELOPMENT OF OUTSOURCING AND OUTSTAFFING IN THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

The article is devoted to progressive forms of labor organization in the digital economy - outsourcing and outstaffing. The concept of digital economy is considered and its influence on the modern labor market is analyzed. The essence of the category «outsourcing» and «outstaffing» is revealed, the features of their application and the main areas of distribution are considered. Special attention is paid to IT outsourcing. The paper outlines the benefits for companies from the use of outsourcing and outstaffing. The forecast of development of these forms of employment for the near future is given.
