НАУЧНО-МЕТОДИЧЕСКИЙ ПОДХОД ПРИ РАЗРАБОТКЕ СПОСОБА ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНОЙ ЛОЖКИ- ПРИКУСНОГО ШАБЛОНА, ПРИ ПРОТЕЗИРОВАНИИ ПОЛНОЙ ПОТЕРИ ЗУБОВ С ОПОРОЙ НА ДЕНТАЛЬНЫЕ ИМПЛАНТАТЫ

Техническим результатом данного изобретения является уменьшение сроков восстановительного ортопедического лечения, достижение максимальной точности воспроизведенного центрального соотношения челюстей, высокие эстетические результаты. Поставленный технический результат достигается тем, что изготовляется точная копия протеза, которым пользовался пациент на протяжении интеграции имплантатов, а именно при помощи 3D сканера производится электронная копия съемного протеза, при помощи обработки трехмерных изображений из копии протеза изготавливается индивидуальная ложка-копия протеза, далее при помощи 3D принтера делается копия протеза и используется копия протеза как индивидуальная ложка, затем снимается оттиск полости рта и положения имплантатов копией протеза, наконец, изготавливается модель с оттиска, таким образом получается копия протеза, свободно одевающаяся на модель, которая является отличной начальной постановкой новых зубов, и фиксацией центральной окклюзии. Данный способ и устройство, полученное по способу, а также применение способа и устройства позволяют ускорить процесс полного съёмного протезирования с опорой на дентальные имплантаты. Кроме того, способ позволяет сделать наиболее комфортным привыкание пациента к новым протезам на имплантатах.
