РОЛЬ БАХРЕЙНИЗАЦИИ В РАЗВИТИИ НАЦИОНАЛЬНЫХ ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСКИХ РЕСУРСОВ

В статье анализируется опыт Королевства Бахрейн в развитии национальных человеческих ресурсов. Обладая высокой долей молодого населения и большой численностью иностранной рабочей силы в структуре занятости, страна активно вовлекает коренное население на рынок труда, что стало основной проблемой для страны. Решение данной проблемы воплотилось в реализации политики «бахрейнизации». В связи с этим в статье анализируются предпосылки бахрейнизации, современная демографическая ситуация и рынок труда Королевства Бахрейн, а также дана оценка результатам реализации данной политики.

The article analyzes the experience of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the development of national human resources. With a high proportion of the young population and a large number of foreign workers in the employment structure, the country actively involves the indigenous population in the labor market, which has become a major problem for the country. The solution to this problem was embodied in the implementation of the policy of "bahrainization". In this regard, the article analyzes the prerequisites for bahrainization, the current demographic situation and the labor market of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and also assesses the results of the implementation of this policy.
