Pedagogy conditions for the formation of students’ cognitive interest

This article examines the conditions of formation of interest in knowledge among students of the specialty of pedagogical sciences.It is established that the stability of these conditions is the basis of the learning process in students. Cognitive interest and emotional interest are identified as elements of situational interest that can be exploited for successful learning of knowledge. The need for the activation of cognitive interest in the acquisition of new knowledge in university students is demonstrated. The data of the study, the purpose of which was to assess the conditions favoring the formation of interest in knowledge are presented, and the analysis of the results of the survey is presented. The conclusion is made on various factors which intervene in the formation of the interest for the knowledge, the reasons for which it would be necessary to support at the university students the interest for the knowledge are highlighted.

В статье рассматриваются условия формирования интереса к знаниям у студентов специальности педагогических наук. Установлено, что стабильность этих условий лежит в основе учебного процесса у студентов. Познавательный интерес и эмоциональный интерес определяются как элементы ситуационного интереса, которые можно использовать для успешного усвоения знаний. Показана необходимость активизации познавательного интереса к получению новых знаний у студентов вузов. Приведены данные исследования, целью которого была оценка условий, благоприятствующих формированию интереса к знаниям, и представлен анализ результатов опроса. Делается вывод о различных факторах, влияющих на формирование интереса к знаниям, выделяются причины, по которым необходимо поддерживать у студентов вуза интерес к знаниям.
