Comparative characteristic of effectiveness of immunotherapy of children with atopic dermatitis

The article presents a comparative analysis of clinical and immunological and pharmacoeconomic effectiveness of various multimodality treatment regimens for atopic dermatitis (AD), shows their effect on the quality of children's life and provides a rationale for the necessity of multimodality immunotherapy (MIT) comprising antigen-specific immunotherapy (ASIT) and pathogenetically substantiated immunomodulator (IM) both for treatment and prevention of complicated forms of the disease.
