Eclecticism as a creative principle (based on the novel "Sin and other stories" by Z. Prilepin)

Joining into a single discourse poetry and prose, intertextual literary forms and the utmost sincerity of emotional experience, combining syncretically literary trends and genres, Zakhar Prilepin reflects the reality like a mosaic. In the heterogeneous chain of events of this reality man gets to know his deepest existential possibilities and priorities. The eclecticism of the outward artistic form helps the writer "to unclasp the hands" of his consciousness and establish communication with the reader's subconsciousness by addressing himself to his interior "I" directly, from heart to heart.
