DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL OF RUSSIA ON THE WAY TO THE SIXTH TECHNOLOGICAL PARADIGM

The paper focuses on the an analysis of Russia’s prospects in the movement towards a new technological paradigm, which basic components are new types of communications, nanoelectronics, nanomaterials, nanosystems, nanobiotechnologies, etc. A comparative analysis of the information and communication technology development index in the countries of the world shows that Russia's rating in this area is low. However, the level of adaptation of the population to digital transformation in our country is high, domestic products are in demand in the gadget market, which is a positive trend for the development of the national economy. Examples of successful Russian projects in the field of nanotechnology are given. Based on the above study, the conclusion is made about the great potential of Russia on the way to the transition to the sixth technological framework.

В данной работе проводится анализ перспектив России в движении к новому технологическому укладу, основными составляющими которого являются новые виды коммуникаций, наноэлектроника, наноматериалы, наносистемная техника, нанобиотехнологии и т.д. Сравнительный анализ индекса развития информационно-коммуникационных технологий в странах мира показывает, что рейтинг России в этой области невысок. Однако, уровень адаптации населения к цифровой трансформации в нашей стране высок, отечественная продукция пользуется спросом на рынке гаджетов, что является положительным трендом для развития национальной экономики. Приводятся примеры успешных российских проектов в области нанотехнологий. На основе приведенного исследования делается вывод о большом потенциале России на пути к переходу к шестому технологическому укладу.
