ПРИНЦИПЫ ЦИФРОВОЙ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ БИЗНЕСА В РОССИИ И В МИРЕ

Цифровая трансформация бизнеса позволяет компании изменять процесс принятия управленческих решений. В этой статье мы проанализируем основные изменения в управление. Выявлено, что внедрение цифровых технологий в процесс принятия управленческих решений будет способствовать снижению трудозатрат и уменьшению затрат времени. В рамках этой работы был проведен анализ понятия «цифровая трансформация бизнеса», изучены принципы цифровой трансформации бизнеса и опыт реализации цифровой трансформации бизнеса в мире и в России.

Digital transformation of business allows a company to change the process of making management decisions. In this article, we will analyze the major changes in management. It was revealed that the introduction of digital technologies in the process of making managerial decisions will help to reduce labor costs and reduce time consumption. As part of this work, the analysis of the concept of «digital business transformation» was carried out, the principles of digital business transformation and the experience of implementing digital business transformation in the world and in Russia were studied.
