НОВЫЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ В УПРАВЛЕНИИ КОРПОРАТИВНЫМИ ФИНАНСАМИ В ЦИФРОВОЙ ЭКОНОМИКЕ

В статье рассматриваются современные технологии управления корпоративными финансами, используемые в настоящее время в условиях цифровизации экономики. Особое внимание уделяется таким технологиям управления финансами, как совместные сервисные центры, внутрифирменные банки, специализированные платежные центры. Проводится анализ ключевых автоматизированных систем управления корпоративными финансами: Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) и Treasury Management System (TMS). Выделяются области их применения и основные преимущества. Рассматриваются системы облачного учета в управлении корпоративными финансами, в том числе делается вывод о том, что облачные технологии являются одним из перспективных направлений в области совершенствования управления корпоративными финансами. Также сделаны общие выводы о том, что применение новых технологий в области управления корпоративными финансами в России находится в стадии развития. Так же выделены проблемы в области внедрения инновационных технологий финансового менеджмента в российских компаниях: разрозненность информационных систем в зависимости от филиала компании, подразделения, направления деятельности; нередко использование информационных технологий разных поколений; отсутствие в подавляющем большинстве отечественных компаний универсальных интегрированных систем, которые бы обслуживали все подразделения и филиалы организации. Сделан вывод о том, что с развитием новых технологий в области управления корпоративными финансами, будут изменяться требования к финансовым специалистам.

The article discusses modern technologies of corporate finance management, currently used in the conditions of digitalization of the economy. Special attention is paid to such financial management technologies as joint service centers, intra-company banks, specialized payment centers. The analysis of key automated systems of corporate finance management is carried out: Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) and Treasury Management System (TMS). The areas of their application and the main advantages are highlighted. The article considers cloud accounting systems in corporate finance management, including the conclusion that cloud technologies are one of the promising areas in the field of improving corporate finance management. General conclusions are also made that the application of new technologies in the field of corporate finance management in Russia is under development. The problems in the field of introduction of innovative financial management technologies in Russian companies are also highlighted: the fragmentation of information systems depending on the company’s branch, division, direction of activity; often the use of information technologies of different generations; the absence in the vast majority of domestic companies of universal integrated systems that would serve all divisions and branches of the organization. It is concluded that with the development of new technologies in the field of corporate finance management, the requirements for financial specialists will change.
