ЛИКВИДАЦИЯ СОЮЗА СОВЕТСКИХ СОЦИАЛИСТИЧЕСКИХ РЕСПУБЛИК: ГОСУДАРСТВЕННО-ПРАВОВОЙ АНАЛИЗ

В статье анализируются идеи и события, приведшие к развалу СССР - государственно-правовой формы исторической России в 1922-1991 годах. Большое внимание уделено государству и праву периода перестройки, рассмотрены причины и последствия перестроечных реформ. Автор рассмотрел процесс развала СССР с позиций двух подходов: 1) неподготовленности и непродуманности реформ и 2) целенаправленного отказа от государственно-правовых ценностей социализма и ликвидации государства.

The article analyzes the ideas and events that led to the collapse of the USSR - the state-legal form of historical Russia in 1922-1991. Much attention is paid to the state and the law of the perestroika period, the causes and consequences of perestroika reforms are considered. The author examined the process of the collapse of the USSR from the standpoint of two approaches: 1) unpreparedness and ill-considered reforms and 2) deliberate rejection of the state-legal values of socialism and the elimination of the state.
