In the context of the Bologna process, globalization and the ever-increasing academic mobility of students there is an acute need to develop students' skills of the correct, accurate and distinct statement and formulation of research ideas using an academic style of speech, for example, when writing essays, research papers and reports; presenting their research at symposia and conferences, including international ones. Rules and norms of academic writing in one country (for example, in Russia) are not of the same standards as in other countries (for example, French- and English-speaking countries). Writing a paper students should be taught to determine several stages of work: structure the text; divide it into sections, parts and paragraphs; select and analyse the literature on the subject; determine the special vocabulary and grammar patters; make possible diagrams, tables, etc. The abilities to use words, special expressions, taken in one or another foreign language (in this case French), to move from one part of the text to another, creating a harmonious text, following the language rules of writing scientific text are important steps in this work.
