Historical and legal features of the administrative suspension of activity as an administrative punishment in the Post-Soviet Area
The article is devoted to the study of the historical development of institute of administrative suspension and its existence at the present stage in the territories of the former USSR. The article discusses the concept of administrative suspension of activity and its legal regulation. The author conducts a comparative study of the regulation of administrative suspension of activities in Russia and the CIS.
