China’s concept of “Community of the common destiny of mankind” as an initiative of a responsible power

The publication focuses on the features of the foreign policy of the People’s Republic of China at the global level. The article presents a multifactorial analysis of the modus operandi of China in the post-bipolar period (1991-2018).
