Problem relevance. The share increase of eczema in the structure of dermatological pathology is steadily progressive. The largest number of patients is people of working age and there is a tendency to an increase in the severity of the pathological process and a decrease in the in-ter-relapse period with an increase in the length of the disease. Long-term remission is believed to optimize the pathology course and improve the patient’s life quality with eczema. Objective. To evaluate the effectiveness of multivitamin combined reparative ointment in the complex therapy of true eczema. Material and methods. The effect of multivitamin combined reparative ointment on the duration of the inter-relapse period was studied in 80 patients with chronic true eczema at the age of 25—55 years. Results. In patients of the main group, an increase in the duration of remission was observed on average up to 4 months a decrease in the severity of the clinical picture with a subsequent exacerbation and decrease in the indicators of the dermatological quality of life index. In ad-dition, in patients who used multivitamin combined reparative ointment during remission the condition of the skin improved; there were no se-rious side-effects. Conclusion. The use of multivitamin combined reparative ointment in the inter-relapse period of eczema reduces the severity of subjective and objective manifestations of the eczematous process. © 2021, Media Sphera Publishing Group.
