Комбинированная противовирусная терапия у пациентов с тяжелым течением простого герпеса: клинико-иммунологические особенности и оценка качества жизни
В статье изложены актуальные аспекты изучения клинических особенностей тяжелого течения простого герпеса (ПГ), представлены новые данные применения противовирусной терапии ПГ у взрослых пациентов: клинико-иммунологические показатели, оценка качества жизни, а также показаны преимущества комбинированной противовирусной терапии ПГ Валацикловиром и Кагоцелом перед монотерапией Валацикловиром.
Combination antiviral therapy in patients with severe herpes simplex virus infections: clinical and immunological characteristics and assessment of patients' quality of life
The article describes the current aspects in the study of the clinical features of the severe of herpes simplex (HS), new clinical and immunological data on the use of combined antiviral therapy of HS amoung adult patients, presents the results of an observational study of the use and impact on the quality of life of combined antiviral therapy of HS by Valaciclovir and Kagocel in compared with monotherapy with Valaciclovir, and also shows the advantages of combined antiviral therapy of HS in comparison with monotherapy with Valacyclovir.
