ОСОБЕННОСТИ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ ИНСТИТУЦИОНАЛИЗАЦИИ ПАЛЕСТИНСКОЙ НАЦИОНАЛЬНОЙ АВТОНОМИИ

Статья посвящена рассмотрению особенностей государственной институционализации палестинской национальной автономии, начиная с конца 1980-х годов и по настоящее время. Автор выделяет четыре этапа развития государственных институтов в Палестинской национальной автономии, выделяет ряд достижений и выявляет причины неудач, а также определяет пути преодоления кризисной ситуации, в которой в настоящее время находится автономия.

SOME FEATURES OF THE STATE INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF THE PALESTINIAN NATIONAL AUTONOMOUS TERRITORIES

The article is devoted to the features of the state institutionalization of the Palestinian national authority, starting from the late 1980s to the present. The author identifies four stages in the development of state institutions of the “State of Palestine», identifies a number of achievements and identifies the causes of failures, as well as identifies ways to overcome the crisis situation in which the authority of the autonomy is currently located
