Развитие системы мотивации сотрудников, обеспечивающих инновационную деятельность организации

Опираясь на опыт компаний Google и «Яндекс» и их подходы к оценке и мотивации сотрудников, авторы отмечают основные положительные стороны принятых в рассмотренных компаниях систем управления сотрудниками. Выделяется перечень ключевых моментов при стимулировании персонала, обеспечивающих инновационную деятельность, в том числе установление доверительных отношений с руководством и коллегами, возможность непрерывного обучения и повышения квалификации. На основании опыта компаний Google и «Яндекс» разработан вариант системы оценки и мотивации сотрудников, обеспечивающих инновационную деятельность организации.

There is no doubt that at present the growth of the country's economy is largely determined by the innovative activities of organizations. In this regard, consideration of issues related to the susceptibility of states and organizations to innovation is of particular relevance. Considering scientific works in this field, the authors note the multiplicity of interpretations of the concepts of “innovative susceptibility” and note the importance of personnel as one of the internal factors determining the innovative susceptibility of an organization. Scientific works in the field of innovative activity of organizations allow the authors to conclude that the concept of “innovative activity” also has many interpretations, however, it is indisputable that the innovative activity of an organization is directly dependent on its innovative susceptibility. The authors note that maintaining a high level of innovative activity is possible only with the formation of a comprehensive system for evaluating and motivating employees who provide innovative activities of the organization. Based on the experience of Google and Yandex and their approaches to the assessment and motivation of company employees, the authors note the main positive aspects of the employee management systems adopted in the companies considered. The authors highlight a list of key points in stimulating employees who provide innovative activities, including the establishment of trusting relationships with management and colleagues, the possibility of continuous training and advanced training. Based on the experience of Google and Yandex, the authors form an example of a system of employee motivation that provides innovative activities of the organization and form a comprehensive system for evaluating and motivating employees who provide innovative activity of the organization
