Глубина системы регулирования финансовых рынков на примере Комиссии CFTC

В статье раскрыто развитие сферы финансового регулирования и её современное состояние на примере США. Охарактеризована структура институционального контроля финансовых рынков в США, а также структура и деятельность Комиссии по Торговле Товарными Фьючерсами (CFTC). Обозначен порядок участия трейдеров на финансовом рынке применительно к Агентству CFTC. Охарактеризован перечень публикуемых им отчетных документов. Раскрыта и охарактеризована структура отчетов “COT” - Commitments of Traders.

The article describes the development of financial market regulation and its current state on the example of the United States. This article describes the structure of the institutional financial markets’ control inthe USA, and the structure and activities of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The procedure for the participation of traders in the financial market in relation to the CFTC Agency is defined. A list of publishedreporting documents is described. The structure of the “COT” reports, Commitments of Traders, is defined andcharacterized.
