В статье обосновывается тезис о взаимообусловленности представлений о правогенезе и характере правопонимания. В силу этого при существенном изменении представлений о правогенезе изменяется и характер правопонимания как концентрированного выражения теории права.
LEGAL GENESIS AND THEORY OF LAW
In this article the author substantiates the thesis about mutual conditioned of idea on the origin of the law and the character of the understanding of the law. Consequently in case of the essential change of the notes of understanding of the law аlso change the character of the understanding of the law as a concentrate expression of the theory of law.
