The role of the genetic polymorphism of thrombocyte integrins (itgα2, itgβ3) in the pathogenesis of non-traumatic aseptic necrosis of the femoral head [ЗНАчЕНИЕ ПОЛИмОРФИЗмОВ ГЕНОВ ТРОмБОцИТАРНЫХ ИНТЕГРИНОВ (itgα2, itgβ3) В ПАТОГЕНЕЗЕ НЕТРАВмАТИчЕСКОГО АСЕПТИчЕСКОГО НЕКРОЗА ГОЛОВКИ БЕДРЕННОЙ КОСТИ]

In order to estimate the role of platelet ITGα2 и ITGβ3 genes' polymorphisms in avascular necrosis of femoral head a comparative analysis of the frequency of allelic variants of ITGα2 and ITGβ3 integrin genes was carried out in 41 patients and in 320 healthy subjects. It was found that the frequency of the homozygous TT genotype of the ITGα2 gene in patients with aseptic necrosis of the femoral head was 6.5 times higher than in the control group. The detection rate of the C allele in the ITGβ3 gene was also significantly higher in patients with osteonecrosis: 41.5 % vs 27.5 % in the control group. Statistically significant differences were also found in the frequency of the homozygous SS genotype of the ITGβ3 gene: 4.9 % in the main group vs 1.6 % in the control group. The identified genetic characteristics may indicate the importance of the genes ITGα2 and ITGβ3 polymorphism in the pathogenesis of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head. As the «predisposition genes» for aseptic necrosis of the femoral head, TT genotypes of the ITGα2 gene and CC of the ITGβ3 gene and, especially, their combination should be considered. © 2020 Stavropol State Medical University.
