Проведен сравнительный анализ специальной оценки условий труда и аттестации рабочих мест. Выявлено, что отмененная процедура проведения аттестации рабочих мест позволяла контролировать все производственные факторы, влияющие на персонал. Введенная специальная оценка условий труда снижает контроль за производственными условиями труда и оставляет бесконтрольными рабочие места офисного типа.
А comparative analysis of special assessment of working conditions and certification of workplaces was conducted. It was revealed that the aborted procedure of certification of workplaces allows control of all production factors affecting on employers. Introduction of a special assessment of working conditions reduces the control over production conditions, because it does not take into account a number of physical factors such as electromagnetic and electrostatic fields, partially parameters of illumination, microclimate on the workplaces of “office” type. However, as shown by the results of measurements, there is excess on some of the uncontrollable factors. Thus, a special assessment of working conditions can not contribute to the creation of favorable conditions on workplaces of office type.
