The specificity of the social-publicistic discourse of soft power in modern foreign politics of China

The socio-political discourse on the Chinese expansion is reflected in the socio-economic life of the host society, being a bright example of applying a policy of "soft power" with the position of China relative to other countries. This problem may subsequently become an area of geopolitical confrontation, like other spaces in which the influence of China. The convergence of territories within the borders of the former Russian state and the Qing Empire in the development of Russia the Kazakh Steppe, Siberia and the Far East and China, Western and Northern regions, predetermined the emergence of various contacts in the sphere of politics, economy, language and culture. The tremendous overpopulation of China in conjunction with its rapid economic growth creates a complex set of problems for Kazakhstan, Russia and other countries. Moreover, the relationship of these problems is that the solution to one exacerbates the other, as China is objectively unsustainable in its present borders. It should become much more if you do not want to become much smaller. He can't do without the outer expansion to capture resources and territories -That is the reality.
