The results from time series analysis of tree rings Л4С contents variations, based on INTCAL14 data are presented in this study. The time series contains 2781 terms, with time step of 5 years or totally 13900 calendar years before 1950 AD. A linear general trend has been removed from the initial series. After that the residual time series has been studied for existence of statistically significant cycles by using of the T-R periodogramm algorithm. A quasi-periodical “trend - hypercycle” by duration of ~13500 years as well as ~6400, 4100, 3100, 2400, 1700, 1000-1100, 800, 510, 360, 200-220 and 145yr cycles has been detected. The strongest by them there are these by lengths of 6400 and 2400 years (Hallstadtzeit). The amplitude modulation of200-220 yr is also shown. Based on the hypothesis for resonance - tidal origin of solar cycles a possible explanation about the strong quasi - 13500 yr “hypercycle” as well as for the 6400 yr cycle is bring forth. They could be caused by existence of massive bodies as type of giant planets in the far outer parts of Solar System.
