Эволюция организационных структур управления и их классификация в современном мире

Статья посвящена исследованию особенностей классификации организационных структур в современном мире, а так же разработке конкретной методики по выбору наиболее подходящей организационной структуры управления исходя из зависимости количества сотрудников и количества вероятных контактов между ними. В работе доказано, что количество связей между сотрудниками зависит от их численности, что в свою очередь и является определяющим фактором при выборе организационной структуры управления. Данная зависимость может использоваться в качестве основополагающей при переходе из одной структуры управления в другую. Такой метод способен упростить процесс выбора организацией наиболее подходящей для неё структуры. Автором эмпирически подтверждается, что количество сотрудников и количество связей между ними может стать главным фактором выбора организационной структуры управления, поскольку классификация структур, как раз основывается на количестве связей.

The evolution of organizational management structures and their classification in the modern world

The article is devoted to the study of the classification of organizational structures in the modern world, as well as the development of a specific method for choosing the most appropriate organizational management structure based on the dependence of the number of employees and the number of possible contacts between them. The paper proves that the number of connections between employees depends on their number, which in turn is the determining factor in the choice of the organizational structure of management. This dependence can be used as a fundamental in the transition from one management structure to another. This method can simplify the process of selecting the most appropriate structure for the organization. The author empirically confirms that the number of employees and the number of connections between them can become the main factor in choosing the organizational structure of management, since the classification of structures is based on the number of connections.
