Evidence-based foundations for continuing professional education of health workers

The article describes the practical approaches and concepts of evidence and competence approach in the management of health. The use of competencies and evidence in the implementation of continuing medical education programs is the basis for the training of health care personnel. The evidences (proofs) are based on the performance indicators of the decisions taken and assessments of competencies of employees of medical organizations.
