Предотвращение торговли детьми, детской проституции и детской порнографии в Российской Федерации в свете требований факультативного протокола к Конвенции о правах ребенка, касающегося торговли детьми, детской проституции и детской порнографии 2000 г

В статье изучаются меры, принимаемые Российской Федерацией в целях выполнения ее международных обязательств по предотвращению торговли детьми, детской проституции и детской порнографии в соответствии с Факультативным протоколом к Конвенции о правах ребенка, касающимся торговли детьми, детской проституции и детской порнографии 2000 г. На основе анализа рассмотрения Комитетом ООН по правам ребенка первоначального доклада России об осуществлении данного Факультативного протокола выявляются положительные аспекты и трудности, испытываемые государством в вышеуказанной сфере.

Prevention of the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography in the Russian Federation in the light of the provisions of the 2000 optional protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography

The article considers the measures taken by the Russian Federation in order to fulfill its international obligations to prevent the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography in line with the 2000 Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography. On the basis of the analysis of the examination by the UN Committee of the Rights of the Child of the initial report of Russia on the implementation of this Optional Protocol positive aspects and difficulties experienced by the State in this area are revealed.
