Когнитивные и коммуникативные аспекты перевода французских и английских юридических текстов

В статье анализируется процесс перевода французских и английских юридических текстов с точки зрения когнитивной теории и теории коммуникации, объединяющей автора и адресата текста при посредничестве переводчика. Экспериментальное изучение языка и когнитивная интерпретация помогают переводчику в его деятельности, в частности, при переводе юридических текстов.

Cognitive and Communicative Aspects of Translation of French and English Legal Texts

The article analyzes the process of translating French and English legal texts from the perspective of cognitive and communicative theories which unifies the author and the addressee of the text through the mediator's activity of an interpreter. An experimental study of language and cognitive interpretation help the translator in his/her work including rendering legal texts.
