Information and scientific information in the orbit of the economy: technical and legal aspect

This study reveals that information and scientific data became the object of attention of those economists who were trying to explain the behavior of scientists and groups of scientists (research communities) from a standpoint of not only disinterestedness in scientific research but also in the context of striving to optimize their costs and earnings. On the one hand, this research has been conducted in retrospect and by taking into account the current information society, which creates grounds for the rapid development of the economy of knowledge. On the other hand, the presented study on the economization of information and scientific data has been conducted from the perspective of the possibility of the extrapolation of the results on the subject of jurisprudence.
