К вопросу о деятельности Международного трибунала по морскому праву

Рассматриваются актуальные вопросы деятельности Международного трибунала по морскому праву, учрежденного в соответствии с Конвенцией ООН по морскому праву. Особое внимание уделено последним делам Трибунала, в том числе делу Украины против России, которое касается инцидента, произошедшего 25 ноября 2018 г. в Черном море, в районе Керченского пролива.

To the issue of The International Tribunal for the law of the sea activities

Topical issues of the activities of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, established in accordance with the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea, are examined. Particular attention is paid to the latest cases of the Tribunal, including the case of Ukraine against Russia, which concerns the incident that occurred on November 25, 2018 in the Black Sea, in the area of the Kerch Strait.
