As the example City Square Mall in Singapore, which is a model not only competent landscaping around the shopping center and the use of "green" materials and energy (solar panels, energy-saving lamps, environmentally friendly materials), but also largely the organization of green roofs. As a result of the analysis of articles on economic costs and studies of industrial emissions into the atmosphere, it is shown that in large cities there is a tendency of deterioration of the environmental situation.
