The scope of International Court of Justice and effects on countries relations

The article deals with one of the most intervening judicial body in the world which is called International Court of Justice. It is widely accepted as an understanding judgment of ICJ counted as binding precedent. On the other hand, eye catching fact that occurred from the situation is about harmonization of these judgments to countries' legal system and implementation. It is also given exact examples from cases in order to approach topic from another point of view. Cases stipulated in article were chosen for their level of importance from legal approach
