Основные направления повышения устойчивости финансово-экономического состояния предприятия

Настоящее исследование направлено на изучение процессов и закономерностей повышения устойчивости финансово-экономического состояния предприятия. Цель. Сформировать основные направления повышения устойчивости финансово-экономического состояния предприятия. Задачи. Определить круг возможных мер и мероприятий, направленных на оптимизацию использования всех видов ресурсов предприятий с целью снижения затрат. Методология. В настоящей работе с помощью общих методов научного познания рассмотрены факторы обеспечения устойчивости финансово-экономического состояния, определены задачи, решение которых будет стимулировать рост конкурентных преимуществ предприятия, тем самым оказывая положительное влияние на его устойчивость. Результаты и выводы. В статье предложены основные направления повышения устойчивости финансово-экономического состояния предприятия. Обеспечение устойчивости может быть достигнуто путем повышения конкурентоспособности продукции за счет применения инновационных технологий и ускоренного внедрения в производство достижений фундаментальной науки; осуществления диверсификации производства; совершенствования системы управления организацией, предусматривающее оптимизацию всех бизнес-процессов.

The main directions of improving the stability of the financial and economic conditions of the enterprise

This article is aimed at studying the processes and patterns of improving the stability of the financial and economic conditions of the enterprise. The purpose is to form the main directions of increasing the stability of the financial and economic conditions of the enterprise. The main task is to determine the range of possible measures aimed at optimizing the use of all types of enterprise resources in order to reduce costs. Methodology. In this paper, using general methods of scientific knowledge, the factors of ensuring the stability of the financial and economic condition are considered, the tasks, the solution of which will stimulate the growth of competitive advantages of the enterprise are defined, thereby having a positive impact on its stability. Results and conclusion. The article proposes the main directions of improving the stability of the financial and economic conditions of the enterprise. Ensuring sustainability can be achieved by increasing the competitiveness of products through using innovative technologies and accelerating introduction into production of basic science; implementation of diversification of production; improvement of the organization management system, providing for the optimization of all business processes.
