Рассмотрены вопросы, связанные с особенностями принятия управленческих решений. Показаны возможные виды классификации управленческих решений. Рассмотрен алгоритм разработки и принятия решения. Отмечается, что успех реализации принятого решения зависит от того, как руководство будет его осуществлять. Уделено внимание контролю за процессом осуществления решения как заключительной стадии управленческого цикла.

Pecullarities of acceptance of management decisions

We consider the problems connected with the peculiarities of acceptance of management decisions. The possible types of classification of management decisions are given. The algorithm of development and decision-making is considered. It is noted that the success of the implementation of decisions taken depends on how management will implement it. Attention is paid to monitoring the process of implementation of the decisions as the final stage of the management cycle.
