ПОВЫШЕНИЕ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫМИ ФИНАНСАМИ МАЛИ: ОПЫТ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ

Статья посвящена анализу текущего состояния управления государственными финансами в Мали, выявлению ключевых проблем и предложению путей их решения. В работе рассматриваются современные методы и инструменты, применяемые в финансовом управлении, а также опыт других стран, который может быть применён в контексте Мали. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам прозрачности бюджетного процесса, борьбы с коррупцией и повышения ответственности государственных учреждений. В заключение статьи представлены перспективы для улучшения финансового управления, а также рекомендации для реализации эффективной финансовой политики, способствующей экономическому развитию страны.

The article analyzes the current state of public finance management in Mali, identifies key problems and suggests ways to solve them. The paper examines modern methods and tools used in financial management, as well as the experience of other countries that can be applied in the context of Mali. Special attention is paid to the issues of transparency of the budget process, the fight against corruption and increasing the responsibility of public institutions. In conclusion, the article presents prospects for improving financial management, as well as recommendations for the implementation of an effective financial policy that contributes to the economic development of the country.
