Противодействие коррупции в сфере закупок в России и ЮАР

В статье автор рассматривает проблему противодействия коррупции в сфере государственных закупок, анализирует ее уровень в сотрудничающих странах. Анализу подвергаются одни из самых громких кейсов коррупции в России и Южноафриканской республики за последние годы. Авторы обращают внимание на то, что, несмотря на достаточно высокий уровень коррупции в России, он постепенно снижается с каждым годом, чего нельзя сказать о ЮАР. Выявлено, что бороться с коррупцией в сфере государственного имущества необходимо комплексно и что прозрачное и законное сотрудничество в сфере государственных закупок является лучшей выгодной альтернативой. Как результат, авторы отмечают, что необходимо сохранять тенденцию на снижение уровня коррупции в сфере госзакупок путем сотрудничества с дружественными странами, особенно в текущей геополитической ситуации.

In the article, the author examines the problem of combating corruption in the field of public procurement and analyzes its level in cooperating countries. Some of the most high-profile cases of corruption in Russia and the South African Republic in recent years are analyzed. The authors draw attention to the fact that, despite the fairly high level of corruption in Russia, it is gradually decreasing every year, which cannot be said about South Africa. It has been revealed that it is necessary to combat corruption in the field of public property in a comprehensive manner and that transparent and legal cooperation in the field of public procurement is the best profitable alternative. As a result, the authors note that it is necessary to maintain the trend to reduce the level of corruption in public procurement through cooperation with friendly countries, especially in the current geopolitical situation.
