Тенденции и перспективы развития стартапов в современной России

Целью научной статьи является анализ основных тенденций и перспектив развития стартап-проектов в экономике России. Актуальность исследования связана с негативным влиянием инвестиционного климата России в период международных санкций на формирование интереса предпринимателей, корпоративных структур и инвесторов к разработке и реализации инновационных стартапов. Из-за санкционных ограничений, принятых в 2022 г., ухудшились условия внешней бизнес-среды, которые увеличивают негативное воздействие факторов проблем. Объектом статьи являются стартапы России. Предметом исследования выступают тенденции и перспективы развития стартапов. В статье рассмотрены факторы, препятствующие развитию стартапов в современной России. Определены перспективные направления стимулирования развития стартапов. Выявлены механизмы управления, способствующие увеличению экономической эффективности проектной деятельности стартап-проектов. В заключении статьи автором выявлены проблемы и стоп-факторы развития стартапов в современной России, которые демонстрируют практическую необходимость определения приоритетных инструментов и задач, позволяющих простимулировать данную инновационно-проектную деятельность. Важность развития стартапов на макроэкономическом уровне обусловлена тем, что благодаря их деятельности появляются инновационные товары, услуги и технологии, формирующие производство высокотехнологичной продукции с высокой добавленной стоимостью.

The purpose of the scientific article is to analyze the main trends and prospects for the development of startup projects in the Russian economy. The relevance of the study is related to the negative impact of the investment climate in Russia during the period of international sanctions on the formation of interest of entrepreneurs, corporate structures and investors in the development and implementation of innovative startups. Due to the sanction’s restrictions adopted in 2022, the conditions of the external business environment have worsened, which increase the negative impact of problem factors. The object of the article is Russian startups. The subject of the study is the trends and prospects for the development of startups. The article examines the factors that impede the development of startups in modern Russia. Promising directions for stimulating the development of startups have been identified. Management mechanisms have been identified that help increase the economic efficiency of project activities of startup projects. At the conclusion of the article, the author identified problems and stop factors in the development of startups in modern Russia, which demonstrate the practical need to identify priority tools and tasks to stimulate this innovation and project activity. The importance of the development of startups at the macroeconomic level is due to the fact that thanks to their activities, innovative goods, services and technologies appear that form the production of high-tech products with high added value.
