Уганда в системе международного сотрудничества

В данной работе исследуется роль Уганды в системе международного сотрудничества и оценивается, какое участие принимает страна в различных организациях наднационального характера. Также в работе изучено положение страны в рамках политического и военного миротворчества в конфликтах соседних государств. Проанализирована система взаимодействия со странами Европы, определена позиция Уганды в данных отношениях, описаны перспективы налаживания и развития связей с рядом ключевых акторов системы международных отношений. Целью исследования является определение основных объектов внешней политики Уганды, для чего авторами производится определение основных направлений внешней политики Уганды, выявляются ключевые партнеры страны, обозначаются направлений стратегического развития. В своем исследовании авторы опираются на нормативные и правовые акты Уганды, международные договоры и декларации, а также материалы СМИ. Актуальность данного исследования заключается в том, что формируется более полное понимание международных связей Уганды в системе международных отношений и раскрывается роль страны в системе регионального сотрудничества.

This paper examines Uganda's role in the system of international cooperation and evaluates the country's participation in various supranational organizations. The work also examines the country’s position within the framework of political and military peacekeeping in conflicts of neighbor ing states. The system of interaction with European countries is analyzed, Uganda's position in these relations is determined, and the prospects for establishing and developing ties with a number of key actors in the system of international relations are described. The purpose of the study is to determine the main objects of Uganda's foreign policy, for which the authors determine the main directions of Uganda's foreign policy, identify the country's key partners, and identify directions for strategic development. In their research, the authors rely on regulations and legal acts of Uganda, internatio nal treaties and declarations and media materials. The relevance of this study lies in the fact that a more complete understanding of Uganda’s international relations in the system of international relations is being formed and the country’s role in the system of regional cooperation is being revealed. In general, the country's foreign policy can be assessed as balanced and moderate. Uganda actively participates in the activities of international organizations and pursues responsible policies within their framework aimed at increasing the country's own role in regional issues. Cooperation with any one partner is not decisive for Ugandan politics, which allows for the preservation of national sovereignty in economic and political matters.
