Evolution of China Science and Technology Market Development

The study examines the evolution of the Chinese science and technology (HT) market from the stage of its initial dependence on imported technologies to the modern status of independent innovation. The study of scientific and technical aspects of China's development is becoming relevant in the context of, on the one hand, growing global instability, and, on the other, due to the urgent need for China to maintain leadership in the scientific and technical field at the global level. The authors emphasize the significant role of the Chinese science and technology market both in the domestic and global context. Using a mixed methodological approach combining quantitative data analysis and qualitative case studies, the study examines the historical development, the impact of politics and the main driving forces of the scientific and technical market. The paper highlights the impact of the Chinese science and technology market on national economic growth, industrial modernization and international competitiveness in the context of the importance of the global market for sustainable long-term socio-economic growth of the People's Republic of China. In addition, the study analyzes such problems of the Chinese science and technology market as bottlenecks in technological innovation and restrictions in international trade, as well as identifies future opportunities in developing technological fields and expanding the global market.

В исследовании рассматривается эволюция китайского рынка науки и технологий (НТ) от стадии его первоначальной зависимости от импортных технологий до современного статуса независимых инноваций. Исследование научно-технических аспектов развития Китая актуализируется в условиях, с одной стороны, роста глобальной нестабильности, а с другой - в силу острой необходимости для Китая поддержать лидерство в научно-технической сфере на глобальном уровне. Авторы подчеркивают значительную роль китайского рынка науки и технологий как во внутреннем, так и в глобальном контексте. С помощью смешанного методологического подхода, сочетающего количественный анализ данных и качественные тематические исследования, в исследовании рассматриваются историческое развитие, влияние политики и основные движущие силы научно-технического рынка. В работе подчеркивается влияние китайского рынка науки и технологий на национальный экономический рост, модернизацию промышленности и международную конкурентоспособность в условиях важности мирового рынка для устойчивого долгосрочного социально-экономического роста Китайской Народной Республики. Кроме того, в исследовании анализируются такие проблемы китайского рынка науки и технологий, как узкие места в сфере технологических инноваций и ограничения в международной торговле, а также определяются будущие возможности в развивающихся технологических областях и расширении глобального рынка.
