In recent years, the scientific community has actively begun to study the introduction of smart education in the educational process. As technology and artificial intelligence intensified during the pandemic, all attention is naturally focused on forms. The authors analyse the very concept of smart education, pedagogical experience in the implementation of online education, and the possibility of using the latest technologies. In our study, we would like to dwell on the social risks and challenges of implementing smart education. In the previous work, we identified the main principles of the smart education methodology. Sociologists paid attention to the social risks of introducing smart technologies and artificial intelligence into a person’s everyday and professional life.
