Plastic surgeons should have objective criteria for assessing aesthetic standards and successful surgeries. An original concept of attractive lower extremities is proposed. This method (CCL, Concave-Convex Lines) is based on concave and convex lines and allows objective descrip-tion of soft tissue distribution. The CCL method was developed after analysis of 2139 leg contouring surgeries in 1104 patients. This method is based on assessment of lower limb as a whole, rather than its individual parts. The CCL method is easy and effective. We can estimate not only necessary augmentation, but also volume of tissue removal using this method for aesthetically attractive postoperative results. Appropriate examples demonstrate versatility and effectiveness of CCL method with higher patient satisfaction and lower risk of aesthetic complications. © 2024, Media Sphera Publishing Group.
