Simultaneous brachioplasty and femoroplasty in a post-bariatric patient

We demonstrate safe and effective simultaneous complex plastic interventions on different areas of the body in post-bariatric patients. Post-bariatric patient aged 52 years (height 164 cm, weight 68 kg, BMI 25 kg/m2) presented with severe body deformities (excessive skin-fatty folds). We achieved acceptable contour of anterior and inner surfaces of thighs and shoulders without complications. This case demonstrates safe plastic surgery in post-bariatric patients without postoperative complications, as well as effectiveness of simultaneous complex plastic interventions in different anatomical areas. © 2023, Media Sphera Publishing Group.
