Это привело к беспрецедентному всплеску использования телемедицины или услуг виртуальной помощи. Авторы подробно анализируют преимущества использования платформенного метода развития электронных медицинских услуг на примере телемедицины, раскрывая все возможности доступных опций пациенту, врачу и администратору. В заключение авторы приходят к выводу, что применение цифровых технологий в сфере медицинских услуг, а именно телемедицины, позволит повысить скорость оказания медицинской помощи населению, качество предоставляемых медицинских услуг, а также эффективность деятельности медицинской организации на рынке медицинских услуг.

The article discusses the key directions of development of the modern medical services market in the era of digitalization. The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically changed healthcare systems around the world. This has led to an unprecedented surge in the use of telemedicine or virtual care services. The authors analyze in detail the advantages of using a platform method for the development of electronic medical services using the example of telemedicine, revealing all the possibilities of available options to the patient, doctor and administrator. In conclusion, the authors come to the conclusion that the use of digital technologies in the field of medical services, namely telemedicine, will increase the speed of medical care, the quality of services, as well as increase the efficiency of a medical organization in the medical services market.
