Humanity lives in a turbulent time: technologies invade our lives every day, absorbing and displacing the usual forms of reality. The digital network has also covered the media space, like a new web, under the layer of which there are still zones and a place for standard media. China, as an advanced country in the field of technology, has faced the problem of symbiosis, dominance, and influence between standard and new media. This study is dedicated to these issues: we will try to consider the main trends in the interaction of new and old forms and make a forecast based on the results obtained, qualitative and quantitative content analysis, and empirical material. Most importantly, we will try to answer the question: does standard media have a future as a classical form of information transmission, or will they inevitably disappear?
