PREDICTING THE RESTORATION OF REPRODUCTIVE FUNCTION IN CURING INFERTILE WOMEN WITH BENIGN OVARIAN NEOPLASMS

The aim of the study was to determine the predictors that affect the restoration of reproductive function in infertile women with benign ovarian neoplasms. Materials and methods. The study involved 170 patients with infertility and benign ovarian neoplasms: 60 patients with endometrioid ovarian cystadenomas and infertility; 60 patients with serous cystadenomas and infertility; 50 patients with mature ovarian teratomas and infertility. The comparison group consisted of 40 fertile patients. Results. Complex treatment of infertility (laparoscopy and IVF, PE) in 170 patients with benign ovarian neoplasms leads to the restoration of fertility in 117 patients (69%). In the course of statistical and mathematical analysis of 470 clinical, laboratory and ultrasound parameters, 20 significant predictors were identified with the determination of the specific weight of each parameter in points in predicting the restoration of reproductive function in patients with benign ovarian neoplasms and infertility
