ОТ ИННОВАЦИЙ ДО НАЦИОНАЛЬНЫХ ИННОВАЦИОННЫХ СИСТЕМ

В современных экономических реалиях существование предприятия или отдельного государства невозможно без постоянного развития. При этом выделяют два типа экономического развития: экстенсивный и интенсивный. Мы наблюдаем сегодня интенсивный тип развития, который базируется на повышении отдачи от единицы используемого ресурса. Такое повышение невозможно без внедрения новой техники, технологий, материалов и т.д. Одним словом, невозможно без инноваций. Статья посвящена рассмотрению понятий инноваций, инновационного процесса и национальной инновационной системы. При этом, эти элементы мы рассматриваем как элементы единого эволюционного процесса, который продолжается и в наши дни.

FROM INNOVATION TO NATIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEMS

In modern economic realities, the existence of an enterprise or a separate state is impossible without its constant development. There are two types of economic development: extensive and intensive. Today, we are witnessing an intensive type of development, which is based on increasing the return on a unit of the resource used. Such an increase is impossible without the introduction of new equipment, technologies, materials, etc. In a word, it is impossible without innovation. The article is devoted to the consideration of the concepts of innovation, innovation process and national innovation system. At the same time, we consider these elements as elements of a single evolutionary process that continues today.
