РАЗВИТИЕ ОБЩЕЙ СТРАТЕГИИ КОСМИЧЕСКОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ, В ЧАСТИ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ПРАКТИЧЕСКИМ ОСВОЕНИЕМ ВСЕЛЕННОЙ И ЛУНОЙ

Одной из ключевых идей является то, что люди должны духовно объединяться, чтобы стать достойным человечеством, для постановки и решения самых важных вопросов развития космической деятельности. Человечество в перспективе должно научиться управлять не только движением Земли, ее атмосферой, но и Солнечной системой, Вселенной. Сегодня важным направлением общей стратегии космической деятельности человечества, является начало практического освоения Луны, имеющего большое значение для развития и реализации потенциала космической деятельности в интересах России и мирового сообщества. Необходимо ускоренное решение актуальных проблем, среди которых: разработка и введение в действие международных и национальных «правил игры» и отношений, связанных с космической деятельностью по освоению Луны, с учетом приоритетов обеспечения экологической безопасности и перехода к устойчивому развитию, создание под эгидой ООН соответствующих структур для выработки общей политики космической деятельности.

DEVELOPMENT OF A GENERAL STRATEGY FOR SPACE ACTIVITIES, IN TERMS OF MANAGING THE PRACTICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE UNIVERSE AND THE MOON

One of the key ideas is that people should unite spiritually in order to become a worthy humanity, to raise and solve the most important issues in the development of space activities. Mankind in the future must learn to control not only the movement of the Earth, its atmosphere, but also the solar system, the universe. Today, an important direction in the overall strategy of space activities of mankind is the beginning of the practical exploration of the Moon, which is of great importance for the development and realization of the potential of space activities in the interests of Russia and the world community. It is necessary to accelerate the solution of urgent problems, including: the development and implementation of international and national "rules of the game" and relations related to space activities for the exploration of the Moon, taking into account the priorities of ensuring environmental safety and the transition to sustainable development, the creation of relevant structures under the auspices of the UN to develop a common space policy.
