Nowadays scientific interest in linguistics is increasing in such field as gender, especially in gender inclusive language. According to the studies in linguistics gender-neutral language is the practice of using words without showing or giving an idea of someone being male or female. Fortunately, the English language has almost never had a huge impact to gender. It has not much suffixes that denote a gender identity. Nevertheless, it is obvious that even English has some words, including nouns and pronouns, that mostly tend to discriminate different people. Nowadays, due to the work of famous feminists and linguists, English is becoming tolerant to such kind of language. It should be said that gender-inclusive and gender-neutral languages are quite different, though they have some similarities. The first one is mostly used when a person talks about other varieties of sex. A plethora of people know that nowadays a modern society has a so-called 3rd gender marker. So, gender-inclusive language includes not only men and women, but also nonbinary people. Vice versa does gender-neutral language, the aim of which is to mostly highlight women as they have been discriminated for many centuries. Nevertheless, many linguists see these two languages as an alternation property. Gender-neutral language is just the first step to the society where all people tend to be tolerant, supportable, and indulgent. The gender inclusive language is the object of this study. Lexical units, such as nouns and pronouns are the subject of this research. Based on the study of the theoretical material it was found out that tendency of using gender-neutral language is expanding enormously nowadays. The selected lexical units were taken from the EP gender-neutral language manual. With the help of the descriptive method, it was possible to analyze the chosen units. The component analysis helped us to find the most efficient and brightest examples of gender inclusive nouns and pronouns. The analytical part and analysis helped to reveal that gender inclusive units create the picture of gender-neutral language in modern English-speaking world and society. All the tasks are completed. This article includes the findings of all collected data.
