ПРОБЛЕМЫ СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВА НАТО С РФ

В статье рассматриваются основные этапы построения диалога Россия-НАТО в исторической ретроспективе, причины кризисных явлений в отношениях, а также периоды развития сотрудничества между РФ и Североатлантическим блоком.В современном быстроразвивающемся мире ключевую роль в международных отношениях играют не только крупнейшие державы, как, например, США, КНР и Россия, но и международные организации, деятельность которых во второй половине XX - начале XXI веков стала оказывать часто решающее влияние на обстановку на мировой арене. Одной из таких организаций является НАТО, которая как крупнейший военно- политический блок объединяет усилия Запада и Европы в борьбе с новыми вызовами и угрозами. Однако, одной из самых острых проблем для Североатлантического Альянса сегодня становится обострение отношений с Россией.

The article examines the main stages of building a Russia-NATO dialogue in historical retrospect, the reasons for the crisis in relations, as well as the periods of cooperation’s development between the Russian Federation and the North Atlantic bloc.In the modern rapidly developing world, a key role in international relations is played not only by the major powers, such as the United States, China and Russia, but also by international organizations, whose activities in the second half of the 20th and early 21st centuries often began to exert a decisive influence on the situation on the world stage. One of these organizations is NATO, which, as the largest military-political bloc, unites the efforts of the West and Europe in the fight against new challenges and threats. However, one of the most acute problems for the North Atlantic Alliance today is the aggravation of relations with Russia.
