ОСОБЕННОСТИ ОСУЩЕСТВЛЕНИЯ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО НАДЗОРА ЗА ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬЮ САМОРЕГУЛИРУЕМЫХ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЙ КАДАСТРОВЫХ ИНЖЕНЕРОВ НА ТЕРРИТОРИИ МОСКОВСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ

Осуществление государственного надзора за деятельностью саморегулируемых организаций кадастровых инженеров, национального объединения саморегулируемых организаций кадастровых инженеров (далее - государственный надзор), ведение государственного реестра саморегулируемых организаций кадастровых инженеров и ведение государственного реестра кадастровых инженеров возложено на орган государственного надзора. В своей статье авторы исследуют основные направления и проблемы при осуществлении государственного надзора за деятельностью кадастровых инженеров на территории Московской области.

FEATURES OF IMPLEMENTATION STATE SUPERVISION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF SELF-REGULATORY ORGANIZATIONS OF CADASTRE ENGINEERS IN THE TERRITORY MOSCOW REGION

State supervision of the activities of self-regulating organizations of cadastral engineers, the national association of self-regulating organizations of cadastral engineers (hereinafter referred to as state supervision), the maintenance of the state register of self-regulating organizations of cadastral engineers and the maintenance of the state register of cadastral engineers is entrusted to the state supervisory authority. In their article, the authors explore the main directions and problems in the implementation of state supervision over the activities of cadastral engineers in the Moscow region.
