Диалог различных культурных эпох в романе М. Кундеры "Бессмертие"

Используя метод комплексного исследования - сравнительно-исторический, биографический, герменевтический, интертекстуальный, - в статье раскрываются особенности новой модели романа «переходных времен», созданной М. Кундерой. В ней рассматриваются важные аспекты его эстетики: синкретичность жанра, «обнаженность» приема, смешение различных временных пластов, игровое отношение к литературе. В центре исследования - художественно-мировоззренческое своеобразие романа «Бессмертие». В данной работе изучаются также основные положения двух эссе писателя «Искусство романа» и «Нарушенное завещание», в которых формулируется новая концепция романа. Анализ произведения позволил выделить важные аспекты письма чешского романиста. Для него роман является многоуровневым произведением, предполагающим множественное прочтение и открытый смысл. Игровое отношение к литературе и синтез диалектических противоречий разрушают однозначность интерпретации и раскрывают многоцветную картину жизни. Искусство романа враждебно любому идеологическому дискурсу. Эксперимент в выборе тем, сюжета и форм нацелен не на передачу того или иного момента реальности, а на понимание его экзистенциальной сути вне заранее определенных истин, идеологических и эстетических. Фрагментарность повествования, ахрония, объединение персонажей различных эпох, совмещение нарратива, снов и рефлексии, исторические и литературные реминисценции и аллюзии способствуют раскрытию в романе «Бессмертие» его основной темы - темы бессмертия. В статье показано, как возникает в анализируемом романе новый тип художественного времени, новый тип повествования, новый тип романной эстетики. «Ироническое зеркало» современной литературы, М. Кундера переработал и переосмыслил все формы и повествовательные стратегии романа, опираясь на эстетические открытия Р. Барта, Ж. Лакана, Ж. Деррида, М. Фуко и др. Писатель определяет новый подход к функции романа как «комплексный метод познания жизни».

Using the method of complex research which includes comparative-historical, biographical, hermeneutic, intertextual analyses, the article reveals the features of the new model of the transitional times novel created by M. Kundera. It discusses the most important aspects of Kundera’s aesthetics: syncreticity of the genre, the «nakedness» of the method, a playful attitude to literature, the mixture of historical layers. At the centre of the study is the artistic and ideological originality of the novel "Immortality” L’lmmortalite. The paper also examines the main points of the writer's two essays, The Art of the Novel / L’art du romanand the Betrayed Legacies / Les testaments trahis that formulate a new concept for the novel.Analysis of the work made it possible to highlight important aspects of the Czech novelist's mode of writing.For him, the novel is a multi-level work, suggesting multiple reading and open meaning. A playful attitude to literature and synthesis of dialectical contradictions destroy the unambiguous interpretation and reveal a multicolored picture of life. The art of the novel is hostile to any ideological discourse. The experiment in the choice of themes, plot and forms is not aimed at conveying a particular moment of reality, but at understanding its existential essence outside of predetermined truths, ideological and aesthetic. Fragmentation of the narrative, the afringe, the union of characters of different eras, the combination of narrative, dreams and reflection, historical and literary reminiscences and allusions contribute to the disclosure in the novel ‘Immortality' of its main theme - the theme of immortality. The article shows how a new type of artistic time, a new type of storytelling, a new type of novel aesthetics emerges in the novel analyzed.The ‘Ironic Mirror' of modern literature, M. Kundera reworked and reinterpreted all forms and narrative strategies of the novel, drawing on the aesthetic discoveries of R. Bart, J. Lacan, J . Derrida, M. Fouco, etc.The writer defines a new approach to the function of the novel as a ‘complex method of cognition of life.'
